Who owns Seeker Springs?

Seeker Springs is a 501c3 private non-profit organization. It is governed by a Ministry Advisory Board of Directors who set policies and oversee the direction of the ministry. What denomination or church is this ministry associated with?

Seeker Springs is a faith based non-profit organization that follows the beliefs of the Christian Faith. It is supported and utilized by churches, individuals, and foundations from a variety of denominations.

Who can come to Seeker Springs?

Any group can utilize the facilities and ministries of the camp as long as they follow the policies set up by the board of directors. Priority is given to churches and ministries, therefore, events such as family reunions, parties, and school activities can be booked no more than 3 months in advance. Churches can book up to 12 months in advance (first come first serve).

What is the "Minimum Financial Responsiblity"?

Your group's minimum financial reponsiblity (MFR) is the amount that you owe regardless of how many campers you actually bring. At the time of booking you will need to determine how many campers you intend to bring to the event. The MFR will be figured by taking the number you intend to bring multiplied by your average rate, multiplied by 90%. You will be responsible for at least this amount regardless how many you bring. The full cost will be figured one week prior to your arrival and will be due upon arrival unless otherwise approved by the executive director. You are not responsible for this amount if you cancel 2 months prior.

Can my deposit be refunded?

Your retreat deposit can be refunded if you cancel 2 months prior to your scheduled date. All other deposits and registrations fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
